Each bundle is thoughtfully wrapped with certified organic Californian White Sage, Crystal of your choice, Australian rose petals, and delicate 100% natural cotton thread. To cleanse your space begin by opening all of your windows. Then, remove the crystal, flowers and Palo Santo stick from the smudge stick and place it in the area you wish to cleanse. Using a candle or matches, light the Sage smudge stick and hold it at a downward angle towards the flame. Once the flame is extinguished leaving smoke and embers, gently move around your space while focusing on releasing any negative energy. Our smudge sticks are designed to help you find your true path, so make sure to set clear intentions and be mindful of your thoughts. For extra guidance, use a feather in your other hand to guide the smoke around. When you are finished, place the smudge stick in a fireproof dish or Abalone Shell to let it burn out. For the best results, Jane recommends starting with the Sage Smudging stick and then finishing with Palo Santo for a sweet and inviting aroma.
